With over 7 years of training experience, Julie has gained vast knowledge of the human body and human movement, and she is able to resolve pain, prevent injury, and optimize physical performance. As a certified master fitness instructor through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (FNS, CES, SFS, WFS, WLS), Julie is passionate when it comes to creating customized fitness regimens combining a number of protocols to boost your strength, increase your stamina, and improve your overall health, and with her knowledge of periodization, she creates macro, meso, and microcycles and uses this system to help you develop different physiological abilities during various phases of training, regardless of your current fitness level.

She offers a comprehensive selection of both traditional and cutting-edge exercise disciplines. "My approach is uniquely geared to challenge and motivate you, encouraging and jump-starting your immediate and long-term fitness goals."

Various modalities and equipment are used during sessions to facilitate functional movements following numerous stretching techniques, static and dynamic warm-ups. All private training sessions are exclusive to female clientele and end with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF stretching).
